Students will not sit behind desks, or gain knowledge during group lessons in particular subjects, instead they will have unlimited access to materials that are in a classroom, divided into thematic sections, covering all the areas of the core curriculum. They will have one-to-one classes with subject teachers and plan their work on a monthly basis.
Students will plan their work by selecting topics that they are interested in at the moment. They will manage their time and self-evaluate while teachers follow their needs and interests, support them, and share their knowledge and experiences.
Students will devote three hours every day to self study and the rest of the day to run their advertising agency and go through personal development sessions.
Students will not take tests or get homework assignments, nor will they bring books or textbooks to school, instead they will learn how to use their knowledge in practice by running a business.
